Create a chart

There are several ways to create your first chart. Once logged in, you can easily choose “Create Project” or select the type of project you want to create from the main page. Your latest projects will be saved in one place, so you can find them quickly and easily.

Below the latest projects you will find models. These are available to make content creation even easier and can give you new ideas right off the bat. Once you have selected your template, click Edit this template to continue. Once the template is downloaded, it will automatically save a copy to your projects on your main page, which you can name by double-clicking next to Projects at the top of your screen.

Once you’ve selected your template, you’re ready to start editing. Just click on the text box to open the option to edit your text. This will open a new navigation bar to the right of your model. You can now add or edit your text as you wish using the many options available. Here you can choose from different fonts to adjust the font to your personal preference. You don’t like the size? Once you have selected an option, you can easily make the text larger or smaller by clicking and dragging until it is the size you want. Under the text option, you will find color options which allow you to easily change the color of the highlighted text.

The Shapes option is a great way to make your text stand out even more! Simply highlight your text and go to the Shapes menu where you can select the shape you prefer. If you want to undo your shape selection, you can easily remove it using the No Shape icon.

Images and objects

Do you want to place additional images and objects on your page? You can easily select an image by clicking on it. From there, you can resize, flip, duplicate, and delete it, as well as change its opacity and color.

Want to apply a filter quickly and easily? Just select an image and click the filter icon under Image. You also have the option to enhance your photo or apply a blur effect.

Add more images

If you want to add more images to your chart, you can click the Add arrow and then click Upload Photo. From there, you have the option of uploading the photo straight from your computer, importing it from external sources like Google Drive or iCloud, or searching for free photos through Adobe Spark. From there, you’ll be asked to add to the collage or move around freely. Add to Collage inserts your photo directly into your template, in predefined proportions that can be changed later, while “Move Freely” lets you move your photo anywhere on your graphic. Whichever option you choose, you can easily switch to the other later. You always have the option to add more images to your collage, as well as adjust the layout, scale, and zoom.

With the resize feature, you can resize your graphic to fit various forms of social media, or click “Customize” to insert exactly the size you want.

To save money

When you are done creating your chart, you can download it by clicking Download in the upper right corner of the screen. Choose whether you want to download the graphic in PNG, JPG, or PDF format and click Start Download. If you want to publish or share the chart directly, click the Share button, also located in the upper right corner. You can choose to invite someone or publish the graphic. You can also invite people to work on your chart while it’s still in progress by adding emails and sending invitations.
